your web site. Can I still order it?
A: Occasionally you'll find items in our
catalog that are not on our web site. Don't worry, you can still order items

you can go directly to the types of uniforms you're interested in without
having to dig through page after page of items that might not be as

Q: How do I know if a product I see on your site is in
stock?
A: If you have our print catalog,
you can also search by item number! Just type the item number into the
search field at the top of the site and click on "GO". If you can not find
the item you're looking for, it may be temporarily unavailable, but you can
still place your order with us by calling 1-800-222-8164 and when our
inventory has been replenished we will ship it to you immediately. |

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Yes, sales tax is collected for delivery in the states of Louisiana and Alabama. |

Q: How do I complete a purchase online?
A: When you are ready to complete your
purchase, you can proceed to the shipping and billing information pages by
clicking on "checkout" at the top of any page on our site. The shipping
charges and total order amount will be posted when you reach the checkout
page. Simply enter the shipping address and click on "continue" to proceed. |

A: Yes, shopping online with Uniforms by
Bayou is secure. When you see a padlock in the lower left hand corner of you
browser and the URL begins with "https" The page you are on is secure. |

Q: Can I order online without a credit card?
A: We can currently only accept online
orders placed with a major credit card. |

Q: Can I mail, phone, fax or e-mail my order?
A: No matter how you like to shop,
placing your order with Uniform by Bayou is easy! Although we use a secure
server to protect your personal information, we understand that not all
customers are comfortable using a credit card online.
Order by phone: Call our convenient toll-free phone number 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week at 1-800-222-8164. You'll need to have your item
numbers handy.
Order from our catalog by fax: Fax your completed order form anytime,
to 1-800-388-0234. Remember to include all item, pricing and shipping
information on your order form. Also include daytime and evening telephone
numbers so we can contact you if we have any questions about your order (we
will not use your phone number for any other purpose). If your ordering for
a hospital or Institution, simply fax or mail us an authorized purchase
order and we will confirm it's receipt within 24 hours. Please provide your
fax number for confirmation.
Order by mail: If you have our print catalog and prefer to order by
mail, simply fill out the order form and send it to us at the address
printed on the order envelope. Don't forget to include payment or credit
card information so we can quickly process your order. If your envelope is
missing, send your completed order form and payment to the following

IMPORTANT NOTE ON ORDERING VIA E-MAIL: Please do not submit your
order or any personal information, especially credit card information, via

Q: Can I save my shopping cart if I'm not ready to check
out?
A: If your browser is set to accept
cookies, your shopping cart will be saved automatically if you leave our
site without completing a purchase (or if your browser or computer crashes).
To retrieve your saved items, access our web site from the same computer you
used when you added the items to your cart, and click on the view basket
link on the top menu bar of most pages on our site. You can read more about
