Uniforms by Bayou collects and stores information in our secure and confidential
database. Our servers are physically secured in a private data center with

personnel. Intermediaries are used only to handle credit card processing and
product fulfillment. A third party credit card verification company handles all
credit card processing.
How Do We Use Your Information?
We have three main uses for your personal information – tracking your visit at
Uniforms by Bayou, processing and shipping your order, and being able to
contact you at your request, because of an issue with your order, or for
occasional special offers.
We track your visit by name only, not by buying habits. We use this information
to stay informed about our customer’s needs and to make sure we are offering the

Credit card information can be stored at your request on our site, but storing
is not required to make a purchase. This information is requested on a
purchase-by-purchase basis and it is used to only process your order. Your name,

In order to complete any request/order/service, it is necessary for you to enter
a minimum amount of information. The required fields of entry are always marked

All other fields are optional. You always have the option of entering your
credit card information on our site or calling one of our Customer Care
Representatives to provide it over the phone.
